McBrayer Associate Valerie Michael has been named to the Leadership Lexington's Class of 2024-2025. This program offers an opportunity to understand Lexington better and prepare for its challenges by meeting and learning from today’s leaders. Joining McBrayer’s Louisville office as a Member is Mari-Elise Paul, whose practice falls heavily in the area of intellectual property, from trademark and copyright clearance and prosecution to enforcement and litigation, but she also handles contract and license negotiation and enforcement and management of supply chain and energy transactions. Paul is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
